Information you provide
The quote form asks for your name, email, company, project location, and a description of the project. You may also provide a phone number, target date, location count, requested service, and a link to non-sensitive project materials. Uploads are available only if separately enabled.
How project information is used
Information submitted through the form is used to review and respond to the inquiry, prepare the project conversation, and coordinate requested services. A project inquiry is not an enrollment in a marketing mailing list.
Hosting and project service providers
This website is hosted on Netlify. Netlify Forms processes project inquiries and stores submissions. Our inquiry workflow uses Google Apps Script to route inquiry details into a restricted Google Sheet; email notifications may also be used to alert our team. Relevant project information may be shared with fabrication, installation, and other service providers needed to assess or perform the requested work. Do not send passwords, payment-card data, personal identification records, or other sensitive material through the general inquiry form.
Limited browser storage
The site can retain the first page visited, referring origin, and limited campaign tags in session storage so an inquiry can include its source. The interactive checklist stores only its checkmarks on your device. Clearing browser storage removes those entries. The supplied build does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.
Retention and access
We retain inquiry and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, deliver services, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact info@blacklinesigncompany.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
